These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order you accept them. We may update them from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.

• • A sale is concluded only once payment is received and we send a written order confirmation.
• • We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, a pricing or description error occurred, or payment cannot be verified — in which case you receive a full refund within 2 business days.
• • Product images are representative; specifications on the product page and datasheet prevail.

• • All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include 15% VAT.
• • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
• • We accept credit and debit cards, instant EFT and manual EFT. Manual EFT orders are held for 3 business days pending payment, then released.
• • Card payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway over an encrypted connection; we never store full card numbers.
• • Trade pricing and bulk discounts apply only to approved trade accounts and cannot be combined with promotional pricing.

Processing and delivery times are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, return windows and refund timing in our Returns & Refunds Policy, and cover periods in our Warranty Policy. Those policies form part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once payment has been received in full.

Equipment sold on this site must be installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer's documentation and South African electrical regulations, by a qualified person where required. Quotes, sizing suggestions and calculator results are estimates for planning purposes and are not a substitute for a site assessment by a qualified installer.

To the extent permitted by law, VoltEdge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income, data or production, arising from the use of, or inability to use, products purchased. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Please contact us first — most issues are resolved within 5 business days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the National Consumer Commission or a South African court of competent jurisdiction.
